Prince Hall Grand Court Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, State of CA History

The Ladies of the Circle of Perfection Chartered April 12th, 1964 in New York. This was the start of the Grand Court Ladies of the Circle of Perfection.  Esther Grand Court No. 1.  In December of 1964 Philadelphia Court No.2 petitioned Esther Grand Chapter, New York for its U.D. status. It wasn’t until the 1980’s when they were re-chartered under Prince Hall Grand Council of Pennsylvania and became Philadelphia Court No.1.  1989 was the re-birth of the organization and other States began to organize Ladies of the Circle of Perfection in their states.

 

 California petitioned Florida for a Study Club in October of 2009.  On January 29th & 30th 2010 seventy-two (72) ladies were greeted into the Order in the City of Oakland CA, at the Hilton Airport Hotel.  Under the leadership of Organizers Emily R. Fucles, Vodhen G. Fucles, Principle Conductor of the Works, MWPGM Charles E. Tyner, 33°Grand Thrice Illustrious Master, KYGCH and Donald R. Ware, 33°, KYGCH, Deputy Grand Thrice Illustrious Master.

 

On the 30th of January 2010, The Prince Hall Grand Court the Ladies of the Circle of Perfection California, Hawaii and Jurisdiction gratefully acknowledges the “Russell Alexander Earl, Sr. Grand Court Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, P.H.A. State of Florida” for starting us on our way. was established.  We have three (3) local Study Clubs.  Lydia Court, Under Dispensation, (U D) No1. Oakland, CA, Leah Court (U.D.) No. 2. Los Angeles and Eve Court (U.D.) No.3. San Diego.  Charter members for the local and Grand Court are as follows: Donald R. Ware M.D. KYGCH, 33 introduced this body to California, Charles Tyner PMIGTM, On January 15th and 16th, 2011 at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel-Los Angeles 6101 West Century Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045 and the each UD started their proficiency. RM Emily R. Fucles, now the Royal Grand Perfect Matron for 2011-2012, Companion Guardian Vodhen G. Fucles appointed Royal Grand Chief Advisor, Royal Matron Gloria A. Shedrick elected Royal Grand Deputy Matron, RM Sharron D. Jeffries Royal Grand Principle Conductress,  RM Yvonne C. Antwine elected Royal Grand Associate Conductress,  RM Tranase Jones-Paramo elected Royal Grand Conductress of Ceremonies,  RM Beverly Williams elected Royal Grand Treasurer,  RM Temika M. Cook elected Royal Grand Secretary, RM Cleopatra Jones-Patrick elected Royal Grand 3 year Trustee, RM Sharron E. Williams elected Royal Grand 2 year Trustee, RM Lessie Fucles Royal Grand 1 year Trustee, Appointed: CG James M. Inghram Royal Grand 1st Associate Advisor,  CG Sherman Willis Royal Grand 2nd Associate Advisor, RM Sharon H. Austin Royal Grand Historian, Royal Grand Foreign Correspondent RM Cherrieann D. John Fuller. The Courts are off to a good start and looking forward to increasing its membership and its prosperity.
